Rental Rates

Rates are for a maximum of five people accommodated in three bedrooms (one with queen size bed, one with twin beds or king size bed and one with single bed) and include tax and electricity.

Three nights - June to September	$250 per night for two additional guests $50 each per night
Three nights - October to May	$220 per night for two additional guests $30 each per night
Seven Nights - June to September	$1,600 for two $2,000 for three-five
Seven Nights - October to May	$1,400 for two $1,600 for three-five

Terms & Conditions

Our minimum booking is three nights. Short stays (minimum three nights) may be taken at any time.
You may begin your booking on any day of the week that suits you.

Check in time is 3pm; check out time is 11am.

We ask for a one third deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is due eight weeks before your holiday is due to begin.

Payment may be made by cheque in Canadian funds if you are in North America or by direct bank transfer in Canadian funds. Details provided on request.

American visitors please note that if you send US dollars an adjustment including bank charges may be necessary. This can be paid in cash in Canadian dollars when you arrive.

We will send you our Notes for Visitors as soon as your booking is confirmed. This contains all the information you need to know about the house including directions.
